Reversing

The appellants, Brady Clines and Walter G-aines, were jointly indicted with Freely Allen by the grand jury of Allen county in which they were accused of the offense of grand larceny, the stolen property being a check for $30.00, alleged to be the property of one Paul Costelow. The appellants were tried separately from the defendant Allen, and they were convicted and punished by confinement for 1 year each in the penitentiary.
