A suit by the Attorney General, to enforce what that distinguished public official conceived to be a public trust. The underlying basis of the claim is a will (presently to be set forth), joint in form, and purportedly executed by Frederick J. Leibold and Bertha M. Leibold, husband and wife, and in which each devised and bequeathed to the other their respective estates. In addition thereto, proceeding by paragraph seventh thereof, divided into subparagraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f), the parties created a trust, declared the purposes thereof, designated the beneficiaries, and appointed…
