| ¡¿Defendant, Hai A. Duong, appeals his convictions for aggravated rape against N.T., attempted aggravated rape against J.T., molestation of a juvenile against both N.T. and J.T., and aggravated oral sexual battery against J.T. Defendant raises three assignments of error, two of which we find lack merit.
