Respondent Lyndell Edwin Duff appeals from judgment of the circuit court of Tazewell County denying Lyndell’s motion to vacate or reconsider an order entered by the court on September 21, 1990, granting temporary custody of the parties’ two minor children to petitioner Rena Lee Duff, now Rena Lee Catton.
