PRITCHARD, Circuit Judge.

In the latter part of the year 1904, H. C. Henderson filed his petition in bankruptcy in the District Court of the United States- for the Northern District of West Virginia, and was duly adjudged a bankrupt. Pie was the owner of considerable real estate lying in the county of Wood and state of West Virginia, near the Ohio river, in Williamston district. This land constituted the principal part of his assets, which amounted to about $75,000, and his liabilities were about the same amount.
