On July 28, 1938, a judgment in this case was entered by confession by the circuit court of Pulaski county, in favor of Carl F. Meyer, appellee (hereinafter designated as plaintiff) and against B. L. Hendrix, appellant (hereinafter designated as defendant) in the sum of $2,467.38 and costs.
