MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROETTGER, District Judge.

The Government has sued to recover a $400,000 grant awarded under the Hill-Burton Act for the construction of a non-profit hospital built in the name of the City of Palm Beach Gardens. 42 U.S.C. § 291i. There is no dispute about the fact that the hospital was conveyed several years ago to a proprietary corporation and has been re-conveyed several times since that time. The only question is whether the Government’s claim for recoupment is barred by the 6-year statute of limitations. 28 U.S.C. § 2415(b).
