This is a petition brought in the Probate Court to require the respondents, as trustees under the will of Edmund Dana Barbour, to pay the amount of Federal income taxes that the petitioner paid for several years based upon the payment to her of a $20,000 annuity, and also certain expenses that she paid in connection with her proceeding to recover from the Federal government a refund for overpayment of taxes.
