This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Cook County in an action to vacate an arbitration award. The order stayed an unfair labor practice proceeding before the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board (IELRB). That proceeding had been instituted because of a refusal by plaintiff board of education (the board) to comply with the arbitration award.
