After a bench trial, the trial court rendered a judgment declaring that Kenny and Eloise Hinton defaulted on a note and security instrument and awarding Nations-tar Mortgage LLC.a money judgment to be satisfied from a foreclosure sale of the Hintons’ homestead. The trial court also rendered a take-nothing judgment on the Hintons’ claims against Nationstar. On appeal, the Hintons argue (1) Nationstar lacked standing and capacity to intervene in the underlying suit; (2) the statute of limitations barred Nationstar’s foreclosure action; and (3)…
