Plaintiff-appellant, Jay H. Salamon, brought the instant action against the defendant corporation, the operator of an amusement park located in Warren County, Ohio, known as Kings Island Amusement Park, and against fifty unknown corporations alleged to own or operate various concessions at Kings Island.
