Petitioner conducts a branch bank in the County of Queens and brings this special proceeding, pursuant to section 881 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law, for a license to enter respondent’s premises for five days during a one-month period, in order to make certain repairs to the rear wall of its premises. The wall is immediately adjacent to the parking lot of respondent’s shopping center.
