This suit was instituted in the district court of Major county, Okla., on the 11th day of January, 1921, by the appellee, Minnie E. Hagen, ad-ministratrix, and personal representative of the estate of George J. Hagen, deceased, against the Kansas City, Mexico & Orient' Railway Company, William T. Kemper, receiver for said corporation, and Walker D. Hines, former Director General of said corporation, to recover damages on account of the injury and death of George J.
