WESTHUES, Judge.

On December 10, 1951, this court en banc accepted from Robert B. Sympson his resignation from the Missouri Bar and the surrender of his license to practice law in this state. The court at the same time entered an order of disbarment.

Seven years later, on December 18, 1958, Sympson filed in this court a three-pronged motion. The relief sought in this motion is as follows: first, to correct or expunge from the record that part of the order of this court of December 10, 1951, pertaining to disbarment; second, to permit Sympson to withdraw his resignation of his license to…
