HOLMAN, Presiding Judge.
Plaintiff instituted this action by filing a petition in the probate court pursuant to § 473.357. 1 Therein she alleged that she was the owner of 400 shares of the stock of Anheuser-Busch, Inc., the certificates for which were in the possession of defendants-executors. She sought a judgment that she was the owner thereof, by gift, and a direction that the certificates be delivered to her.
