Appellant was convicted of armed robbery, aggravated assault and arson in the third degree. His motion for a new trial was denied and he appeals.

1. Appellant contends that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence two statements made by him while in custody. Appellant was arrested on September 17, 1979 and after being advised of his Miranda rights, he made a confession of his participation in the offenses charged against him.
