This is an appeal from an order dismissing the plaintiffs complaint based on application of the doctrines of res judicata and collateral estoppel. The complaint was filed on March 19,1980, and sought damages against the following defendants for a variety of alleged wrongs having to do with the operation of a corporation in which the plaintiff holds stock and was formerly a director: J.
