STEPHENSON, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order overruling defendants’ pleas of privilege. Hugh Howard and Howard Motor Company, Inc., as plaintiffs brought this suit against General Motors Acceptance Corporation (G.M.A.C.) and J. F. Young, manager of its Lufkin office, as defendants. This action for libel was filed in Tyler County. G.M.A.C. asked that the cause be transferred to Harris County and Young asked that the cause be transferred to Angelina County.
