ALMOND, Judge.

This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Patent Interferences awarding priority of invention as to counts 1 through 6, the only remaining counts of interference No. 90,260, to Donald Rich-man, the senior party.

Richman is involved in the interference on his application serial No. 359,784 filed June 5, 1953 and assigned to Hazel-tine Research, Inc. Dalton H. Pritchard, the junior party, is involved on the basis of patent No. 2,830,112, issued April 8, 1958 on an application filed May 26, 1954 and assigned to Radio Corporation of America (RCA).
