OPINION

SMITH, Circuit Judge.

The central issue presented by this appeal is whether the District Court correctly interpreted the agreements between the parties and applied the proper law in resolving this dispute. Appellants Robert T. Healey and William J. Healey contend that the District Court erred in not applying the automatic abandonment provisions of 47 C.F.R. § 76.804 to Comcast’s failure to comply with the deadlines set forth in that section.
