This is an action challenging the power of the city of Omaha to vacate certain streets and alleys by ordinance and to enjoin enforcement. The trial court denied relief. We reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the cause.

The parties plaintiff to this action allege that they are citizens and residents of Omaha, fee owners of real estate in the city, and users of its streets and alleys, and that they have a particular interest in the streets purported to be vacated and their property will be ad*73versely affected. They sue for themselves and all others similarly situated.
