This is an action at law to recover damages for negligence. The plaintiff, a truck driver in the employ of the Providence Coal Co., on the 16th day of August, 1916, was injured in a collision between his truck and a trolley car of the defendant, caused, as he alleges, by the negligence of the defendant.
