In a previous decision in this case, Woodruff v. Township of Lower Southampton, 68 Pa. Commonwealth Ct. 171, 448 A.2d 692 (1982), this Court upheld an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County dated January 21, 1980, holding Henry and Dorothy Woodruff (Appellants) in contempt for foiling to comply with a previous court order, dated January 16, 1967, enjoining them from operating a junkyard in violation of Lower Southampton Townships (Appellees) zoning ordinances.
