LANDIS, District Judge.
The matter before the court is an application to confirm the sale of the property of the Chicago & Milwaukee ’Electric Railroad Company. To the entry of this order objections have been filed by a bondholder. The reasons urged by the objector are that the price bid for the property is inadequate, and that the purchaser suppressed competition at the sale.
