PER CURIAM: *
S.H., a child with severe autism and speech impairment, sought to recover the cost of his private schooling from Plano Independent School District through a due process hearing before a special education hearing officer. S.H. alleged that the School District had denied him a free appropriate public education in violation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq.
