This case was referred to Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Defendant Chimera filed a motion pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2518 seeking discovery of progress reports, minimization instructions and various other materiels prepared in connection with Title III wiretap applications.
