Affirming.

The appellant, R. L. Lunsford, is appealing from a judgment entered on the verdict of a jury finding him guilty of forcible entry’ on the property of the appellee,, Sarah E. Hughes. The proceeding was instituted by the appellee in the court of a justice of the peace of Kenton county charging appellant with the forcible-entry upon her property on or about December 1, 1937.
