MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO OBTAIN CREDIT COUNSELING

This matter came on for hearing on November 3, 2005, upon the filing by the above-captioned Debtor of a Certificate of Exigent Circumstances (“Original Certificate”) and his request for a 30-day extension of the requirement to obtain credit counseling pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 109(h).
