'Appeal from District Court, Gallatin County; J. M. Clements, Judge of Che First Judicial District, presiding. Action by J. R. Poor, as administrator of Amos R. Howerton, deceased, against the Madison River Power Company and another. From a judgment for plaintiff and an order denying a motion for new trial, defendants appeal.

Action by the plaintiff as administrator of Amos R. Howerton, deceased, for damages for- the death of said Howerton, caused by his coming in contact with a highly charged wire in the electric substation of defendant at Bozeman, in Gallatin county, while he was in the employ of the defendants therein as a carpenter.
