for the Court:
¶ 1. In 2012, Divan Diggs was arrested in Rankin County, Mississippi, for selling a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a church or within 1,000 feet of the church’s real pi-operty. Diggs pleaded guilty to the charge in the Rankin County Circuit Court.
