Defendant-Appellant Christopher Jame-son appeals from his conviction, after a jury trial, for being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). He was sentenced to forty-one months of imprisonment followed by thirty-six months of supervised release. On appeal, Mr. Jameson challenges the sufficiency of the evidence linking him to the firearm, the adequacy of a jury instruction concerning constructive possession, and the denial of his motion for mistrial based on the introduction of certain statements linking him to a bayonet.
