By separate order, the Court has granted the motion of plaintiffs in this Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) collective action, Annie Collins on behalf of herself and All Others Similarly Situated (“plaintiffs”) and defendants, Sanderson Farms, Inc. (Production Division) and Sanderson Farms, Inc. (Processing Division) (collectively, “Sanderson Farms”) for final approval of a settlement of this lawsuit. Rec. Doc. 278.
