JANVIER, Judge.
These cases are consolidated and, since most of the facts involved in all of them are identical, we deem it expedient to render one opinion.
Each of the plaintiffs is a trapper and each, for years prior to the events herein recited, had obtained his principal income by trapping muskrats on marsh lands situated between the mouth of the Mississippi River and the City of New Orleans.
