This case involves an alleged breach of warranty of title to certain land in Baldwin County, Alabama. Based on an alleged defect in a deed description (that defect concerning a strip approximately 30 feet wide along the west boundary of the land), Driftwood Landing, Inc. ("Driftwood"), the subsequent grantee of the property in question, sought a declaratory judgment and equitable relief against Margaret Griggs, individually and as executrix of the estate and last will and testament of W.
