Upon the trial of this case a large number of errors were assigned, most of which relate to the admissibility of certain evidence now forming part of the record. It 1 appears that, among other things, one of plaintiff’s witnesses was permitted, over the objection of defendants, to state how many linemen there should be in stringing wires over feed wires, and where the men should be stationed.
