Colt Company, a private corporation, chartered under the laws of the state of New Jersey, with its' principal office and-place of business in New York City, state of New York, on the 2Sth of July, 1926, in the county court of Nueces county, Tex., against the partnership firm of Knight & Perry, composed of Joseph Knight and D.
