Plaintiff Indiana Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company (“Lumbermens”) filed this Adversary Complaint seeking declaratory judgment, interpleader, and injunctive relief with regard to its obligations on auto rust-proofing warranties issued in Wisconsin by the debtor, Rusty Jones, Inc.
