Many of the questions arising on this record are common to the contentions of all of the plaintiffs in error, but there are also some that are peculiar to one, or to" some number less than the whole. As the judgment against each of the plaintiffs in error is a separate and individual matter, necessarily to be to some extent separately considered, we deem it most convenient to discuss in this opinion the case of each person separately and the contentions which are of significance as to him.
