This was an action for divorce and settlement of property rights. The plaintiff is the husband, and the defendant is the wife. They were married in the year of 1922, at which time plaintiff was about 60 years of age, and the defendant was about the age of 56 years. They lived together as husband and wife for about three years. Durin|g that period of time, and at the time this action was tried, plaintiff was the owner of 480 acres of land in Grant county, Okla., and also was the owner of residential property in the town of Lamont, in which they lived at the time of their separation.…
