SUMMARY ORDER
Peekskill City School District (“Peeks-kill”) appeals from the March 18, 2014 opinion and order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Stein, J.) granting summary judgment to Colonial Surety Company (“Colonial”) on the entirety of Peekskill’s complaint. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the underlying facts, procedural history, and specification of issues for review.
