Plaintiff Priscilla Gimas (“Gimas”) filed this action against her former employer and supervisors. In Count I of her complaint, the plaintiff makes a claim for infliction of emotional distress. In Count II, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants’ conduct constituted unlawful practices of discrimination on the basis of sex in violation of G.L.c. 15 IB and Title VII of the United States Civil Rights Act.
