I. Introduction
In this bankruptcy appeal, appellant Scrap Metal Buyers of Tampa, Inc. (“Scrap Metal”) appeals an Order on Remand (“Order”) entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida dated April 27, 1999. The Order denied Scrap Metal’s motion, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303(f)(1), 2 for attorneys’ fees and costs following dismissal of an involuntary petition.
