OPINION AND ORDER

PEREZ-GIMENEZ, District Judge.

Before the Court is defendant Luc Nor-mandin’s motion to dismiss on account of the alleged lack of jurisdiction over the Canadian sailing vessel LA GABRIELA, its crew and its cargo (Docket No. 50, Ex. 1), which motion co-defendant Carl Nor-mandin has joined. (Docket No. 53) Also pending is the government’s amended motion requesting a determination of jurisdiction, where the government likewise informs of its compliance with document production.
