The state appeals from an order of the circuit court allowing defendant’s motion in limine prohibiting the state from introducing certain evidence at trial.

Defendant, an adult male schoolteacher, was indicted for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) to a minor, who was a student attending defendant’s school.
