Appellant carrier contests the board’s decision that it afforded coverage to respondent employer at the time of claimant’s concededly compensable accident on August 25, 1961. Appellant issued to the employer its policy, effective January 5, 1961 for the term of one year, and on April 11, 1961 gave notice of cancellation, effective April 27, 1961.
