In a third amended complaint Walter J. Hare and Elizabeth F. Hare have sued Family Publications Service, Inc. (FPS), Time, Incorporated (Time), William J. Conway (Conway), John W. Watters (Watters), Samuel B. Ananian (Anani an), and Robert G. Kingston (Kingston) in one count on what appear to be at least three causes of action.
