In the proceeding to dissolve the marriage between Linda A. Boblitt and Steven B. Boblitt,1 the family court judge considered Linda’s claims that Steven had committed acts of domestic violence against her before and during the marriage (and during the dissolution proceeding) in determining whether to award Linda spousal support.
