1Opinion of the CourtStrausbaugh, J.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a dismissal by the Court of Claims pursuant to Civ. R. 12(B)(6).

The complaint, filed on September 16,1977, alleged that the release of Alfornia Lewis from the Western Reserve Psychiatric Habilitation Center, aka Hawthornden State Hospital, and the subsequent refusal to readmit Lewis, was negligent and careless and, or, willful and wanton.
