This is an appeal by the defendants from a decree of the circuit court of Cook county, entered on September 22, 1936, upon plaintiff’s petition for a review of a decree theretofore entered for error appearing on the face of the record. In the decree entered in this cause and from which this appeal is taken, the court ordered that if the defendants did not pay plaintiff $18,982.50, together with interest thereon from May 11, 1934, certain premises were to be sold by a special commissioner.
