This is a controversy between insurers which turns upon the construction of a policy of reinsurance. The plaintiff is a foreign insurance corporation and the defendant is one of several individual underwriters, who issue what are known as Lloyds policies and. do business under the name of the Flew Jersey State .Fire Association.
